At ECCO, we have a distinct advantage over most medical venues.
Let’s face it, going to a medical clinic or hospital during this time can be nerve-wracking, much less having a procedure done.
But, that’s not the case here.
We are offering telehealth visits, which may consist of a Zoom conference or phone call. Zoom is a HIPAA-protected encrypted online platform for conducting telemedicine visits. Please note that these visits are considered official visits that are billable and subject to insurance claims and deductibles.
Parking is free and within feet of our entrance – no parking deck or large lot to get lost in. You will walk directly into our private reception area – no lobby, elevator or stairwell to navigate. This significantly reduces exposure to other potentially sick visitors.
ECCO has a strict quarantine policy should a member of our staff develop symptoms.
Masks are optional for patients and staff. If you prefer our staff and your provider to wear a mask during your visit, please let our front desk employees know.
ECCO is proud to provide a safe and low-exposure environment. Our location and small-size allows us to adapt with ease to the constantly changing regulations and guidelines. We will remain on the forefront of COVID prevention for as long as is necessary.
