Sylvia left her previous career in the financial industry to start her healthcare journey in 2009. In 2011 she began working at The Medical Center of Aurora in radiology, primarily in the ED. She then moved to sister HCA facility Sky Ridge Medical Center where she enjoyed a lot of time running the x-ray equipment in the operating rooms and performing fluoroscopy procedures. In 2014, wanting to expand her knowledge she began training in the Interventional Radiology department, earning the additional VI credential for her R.T. license. Sylvia has been with ECCO Medical since its inception in 2020. Having worked alongside the physicians at the hospital she was certain this would be a successful and exciting venture!
Sylvia likes to hike and travel with her family, often being the SAG wagon for her husband and son’s bike rides. She also enjoys attending all her kids’ activities while it lasts!
